Is taffy BraceSafe?

 Taffy comes in all varieties from saltwater taffy (like in the picture above) to Starburst to Laffy Taffy. While this sweet treat is very delicious, the sad conclusion is that no. Taffy in any form, isn't safe to eat with braces. This is because of how it can stick to your braces and pull on your brackets and wires. But if you still insist on eating it, heat your taffy up a little bit to make it soft enough to chew and try using your tongue for most of the chewing.
